- WhatsApp Business data— when you connect your WhatsApp Business Account via Meta’s Embedded Signup, we receive your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number IDs, and access tokens needed to send and receive messages on your behalf.
- Contacts and messages — phone numbers, names, and message content that you upload or that flow through your WhatsApp conversations, so we can deliver, display, and automate replies.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
- To send, receive, and route WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
- To run campaigns, templates, and automated/AI-assisted replies you configure.
- To provide customer support and operate human-handoff features.

3. WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data
Our use of information received from Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform follows the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We only access this data to provide the messaging features you have requested and never sell it.
